Frequently Asked Questions

We do not take photos ourselves during the quests. We do, however, like it when we receive photos that we can show as an atmospheric report.
The photos are never posted on social media without permission.

No. Arjospronk.nl is not liable for damage to clothing or other property. We recommend that your child wear comfortable clothes that can get dirty.

We always walk the route with one of the parents. On the spot it will be assessed whether we should (temporarily) stop the search.

No, not bad, but something that we have to take into account. Children may have an allergy to constituents during the scavenger hunt, except during lunch. Please indicate this in advance. Then we can see if it is possible to work around this. Indicate the allergies on the form. Rather too many allergies that don’t apply than the risk of an allergic reaction. Children receive a piece of candy for some themes. We always try to arrange replacement candy in the theme.

Unfortunately, the weather cannot be controlled. So, it may be that it is pouring out of the sky. In the worst case, we will cancel the scavenger hunt and only do the games inside. Because we will be ready much earlier then, we offer an extra activity at the expense of Arjospronk.nl.

Experience shows that the children can withstand some raindrops. Instruct parents to bring rain gear and boots. In very bad weather (with KNMI code yellow or red) we can look for an indoor solution or move to another day. Cancellation due to the weather does not entitle you to a refund.

The treasure hunt was beyond expectations

Really fun and well organized. Well set out in advance, a tailor-made treasure hunt for children of (almost) 5 years. Also, for the birthday boy who was in a wheelchair at that time because of a broken leg. Despite their young age, the children remained engaged and interested. He was in his role from the beginning until he got into the car and the kids kept talking about it while playing and eating fries. Even the parents told me that the kids were still talking about it at home.
